"Left Side, Strong Side" Remember the Titans Turns 20

Happy Birthday/Anniversary to one of my all time favorite movies. I must admit I watch RTT all the time, It’s one of my go-to movies when life seems to be going all crazy. So next question how many times have I watched it this year? Not enough. But I will make it a point to watch it this weekend. I may even do a pop review because the movie still remains relevant 20 years later. (GQ)

Jim Parsons Shines In The Boys In the Band

The movie ‘The Boys in the Band’ is an adaptation of the 1968 Broadway play by the same name. The movie is about a drunken game between seven gay friends that goes all the way left at a birthday party one night in 1968. Jim Parsons is receiving critical acclaim and serious Oscar talk surrounds his performance in the movie. Netflix kept the same cast from the 50th anniversary run of the play on Broadway. Cinemark Remains Open

Cinemark theaters has announced that it will not shutdown it’s theaters again, despite lackluster box office performance. All or most major tentpole films have been pushed back until 2021. This is in part due to Tenet’s anemic domestic box office numbers. (THR)

Happy to announce The Gilmore Revival, A Year in the Life is finally coming to primetime. I have seen every single episode of this show and absolutely love it. Might be another quick pop in the future. (EW)
